Japanese Paintings I try, an artist or a series of paintings with a rabbit instead of landscape features .. ? identify
I am desperately trying to Find the name of an artist or a series of paintings. The pictures are vaguely Japanese style, and as far as I remember feature in landscapes in which to place the elements like falling leaves or the foam on the waves are hundreds of little rabbits. They are made really nice and very beautiful. I have prints in a number of different Seen art shops, but unfortunately I can not go back to the shops and after trawling through pages on pages of Google image searches, I thought I'd see if someone here could lend a hand ... I am trying to trace them to acquire an expression for the birthday of my friend, I would really appreciate any help You can give me!
I'm not sure if this could help at all, but if they all set in landscapes of the Hudson River School library will try and see if maybe you could to track her down. She specialized in landscapes and raw nature. Sorry, I wish I could help more. Good luck I hope you find that there really is a sweet gift, I am sure they will love it, and if you can not find it, you should tell her how much we tried I'm sure they appreciate the thought you have put.

Instead of the division of labor relied on by Hiroshige, Hokusai, and virtually every other Japanese printmaker who preceded them, the creative print artists handled every step of the production of prints themselves...
