Chinese Ceramics Korean, Chinese restoraunt, hot water before meals?
A while ago I went to a Chinese, Korean restoraunt (it was both), and came before the meal, we were given this liquid in a thick ceramic cup. It seemed as if it were only warm water, albeit with a kind of fishy they taste and smell. If you have any idea what is it good? If you actually drink it? Thank you. * If there is green tea, it was diluted with water. None Leaves in the cup, either.
That was actually a Chinese tea. I know because I am Korean and I am very familiar with Chinese cuisine. Kinda smelly huh? Well, it served only a little tasty tea, Asian restaurants, before it is to eat. It is very healthy.
